Positive: We had a wonderful stay—the cottage was spotless, the beds very comfy, and it’s a great spot for families, with a soccer goal in the garden and plenty of space to play and park. The host was very friendly during check in and very responsive at check out via text. The bedrooms were well equipped and suited for a larger group. The location is just 12 minutes drive away from the supermarkets in Kilrush and 10 minutes from the stunning Kilkee Cliffs. Lisdeen Church is less than 400 meters from here. It’s a great place if you prefer cooking less ( the oven only worked on grill setting and the fridge is very small with no door shelves ) and don’t mind drying clothes outside—though with Western Ireland’s weather (often rainy 9 months a year), that can be very tricky. Overall, still a fun and practical stay!
Negative: A few small drawbacks: - the size of the fridge and no door shelves - the lack of a freezer - the showers a bit moody - no vacuum cleaner - no tumble dryer
